1) Place your bottle in the refrigerator to freeze the softgels
2) Once this has been completed, rapidly shake the bottle to help free the softgels. Do not try to pry them apart.
This will help them return to their normal consistency and prevent them from sticking together. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

It is not uncommon to experience occasional burping or aftertaste after consuming fish oil supplements. This is due to the high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids in the supplement. To reduce this effect, we recommend taking your softgels with a meal and 8oz of water.
If you are new to taking high potency fish oil it may also help to start with one softgel per day and then gradually increasing the dosage after a few weeks. You can also try refrigerating your softgels before consumption, as colder temperatures can help reduce aftertaste.
