Magnesium Citrate 400mg (Sleep, Heart Health, Digestion & Nerves)

It's been frequent that I feel bloated and constipated then when I consulted my physician he recommended I to try Magnesium Citrate. Pleased to say it works well for me.

I have been taking the brand of magnesium glycinate for almost a year now, which has helped me a lot. Then I tried their new magnesium citrate which has helped me further with muscle spasms. Really a good product and will keep buying.

I was having leg cramps in my calves at night. It would start if I positioned my feet a certain way, start in my toes and ride up my calf. These pills work! I am also taking cholesterol meds, was told by my doctor I could get leg cramps. With these pills, I don't! I went from having them nightly to maybe once a month. I take them on an empty stomach, 5 days a week and it does not upset my stomach. I love them! They are a life saver!
